1. This was not an issue, as you will not stay at the hotel for meals anyway.

2. Since there are 155 rooms, and about 45 overlook the lobby and maybe 10 probably have ground floor issues, there should still be plenty of 'quieter options.

4. Even an issue as potentially explosive as a credit card charge discrepancy - due to a technical glitch when booking online, I suspect - was resolved in under a minute, and to our full satisfaction.

5. Initially our mini-fridge and room safe were out of order, however both issues were resolved quickly once raised.

6. When I mentioned this issue to the front desk after the first night they said they had special security onsite to manage this group of students and that I could call the front desk if there were any additional issues.

7. #3: Our biggest issue was the fact that during our three-night stay there were two nights where a junior high/high school group was also staying in the hotel and the noise from their rooms was absolutely horrible.
