1. The person at the hotel said that wasn't a problem, and that she would make a note in the computer system so that we could get this room type.

7. Our first room had a noise problem, in that we could hear construction or something going on, the manager was very nice, he came up listened, agreed that the noise was too much and moved us to another room.
