7. All of these incidents individually do not seem like much but when taken together suggest a lack of security monitoring, poor housekeeping, or at the very least inattention to detail.

He should have been removed from the area of my room until he could find his room it was obvious the hotel employee his key was not for my room so why did the employee need any further explanation and why did they let him keep hitting my door?The shower was very cold and had poor pressure then would suddenly start spraying scalding hot water.

10. The only saving grace was that most of the staff did go out of their way to be pleasant and try to make up for the poor quality of the hotel.
