4. Yes, there were homeless people around because the main library is right next to the hotel, but they didn`t seem too aggressive and can be avoided by giving them a wide berth and avoiding eye contact.

5. If you park yourself you can go through the lower level to avoid this.

6. You can easily avoid it by taking Capitol down to Church and then making a left to go to 2nd Ave or a right to take 7th down to Broadway.
