1. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the center of the downtown area, so you can't go wrong if you feel like wandering around to take in the nashville scene - if you're a music lover, there's plenty to suit your needs on Broadway.

2. I know some people get on here and complain about everything, but I only had two minor issues: the tv had something wrong with it and the air only would get so cool.

5. She told me that whoever told me that was 'having a bad day' and gave me the wrong information, even though I clarified this over the phone numerous times before making the reservation.

6. I went to this hotel 2 years ago and it was nothing special (but nice and clean) and I went back early August 2008 and the renovations made me think that I had gone to the wrong hotel.
