The following morning I ordered breakfast and the Gentleman who delivered it by the name of 'Aldy' or 'Alby' (Can't quite remember) spilled my water all over my chair and then looked at me like 'what do you want me to do?' I completely understand that mistakes happen but please slow down and think about what you're doing.

2. When I pushed back and showed my reservation confirmation, the response changed to 'it's against the fire code to put a cot in a queen-double room' It was so disappointing that the reservation agent mislead us and the hotel could not make it right for us once the mistake was discovered.
