1. I called back to complain and they took no details simply wrote my name down and blew me off.
"unbelievable! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/1/2012 Vote
2. I couldn't hear any noise from the city in my room, but some of my friends who stayed in rooms overlooking browadway did complain that they could hear the music all night, so consider asking for a room away from that area overlooking Broadway if you're staying at the hotel and prefer a quiet night.
"Great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/7/2011 Vote
3. The food was ok, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about until the dessert.
"Never Again! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/26/2010 Vote
4. I know some people get on here and complain about everything, but I only had two minor issues: the tv had something wrong with it and the air only would get so cool.
"This hotel has it all! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/5/2010 Vote
5. The lack of temperature control was particularly frustrating after I caught a cold from spending time in the super over-air conditioned convention center, where even large men in suits were complaining about the chill and I saw a couple of people taking their hotel blankets into the conference rooms.
"Okay hotel with overpowered AC " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/14/2009 Vote
6. I stayed at the Renaissance for a week on my 50th birthday for all the local and international music scene and enjoyed every minute, the only down side was it could be a little noisy between the rooms particulary if there are children watching cartoons on the Tv but no reason to complain, this is a big hotel so the staff were very pleasant but not personal like you get with a small 50 room hotel but still a nice experiance.
"nice hotel, well worth the stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/30/2009 Vote
7. Also to complain about internet rates is an indication that one does not usually stay at Marriott family hotels because Marriott brands charge for internet use.
"Good Location, not much More " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2009 Vote
8. To complain about $27/day valet fees when the public parking garage (the same one used by the valet) is located directly across the street from the hotel with bridge access directly to the hotel is insane.
"Good Location, not much More " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/29/2009 Vote
9. I'm sure this is what theoperators are told to tell people who call to complain aboutthe internet.
"Internet is $14 a night though website implies it's free " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/11/2009 Vote
10. We didn`t bother mentioning it to the front desk, so I can`t complain too much.
