00 will not bankrupt me nor will it make the Renaissance rich, but to have 2 billing
errors
from a one night visit makes me wonder if they're trying to increase their bottom line.

Let me start by saying I originally tried to book at the Courtyard but because of my own
error
I ended up having to go with the Renaissance after the Courtyard was booked.

We were charged for one day valet that we did not use but they corrected the bill when we pointed out the
error
.
"Location couldn't be better - would definitely stay again, just not in the summer. "
