1. I had to go to the lobby to pick up my meal, as the hotel doesn't let delivery service go to the room (not a problem, just saying.

2. If I was there for business and not with a bunch of kids, I would have had no problems with the hotel, but with hundreds of people going up and down the elevator at the same time, that caused a lot of traffic jams at the elevators which was somewhat of a problem.
