1. Our only disappointment is that is doesn't have airport transportation.

2. The food in the lounge is consistently disappointing and the lounge staff seem either aloof to visitors, as in the case of the person in charge in the mornings, or overwhelmed by requirements of the job (afternoon lounge person).

9. When I pushed back and showed my reservation confirmation, the response changed to 'it's against the fire code to put a cot in a queen-double room' It was so disappointing that the reservation agent mislead us and the hotel could not make it right for us once the mistake was discovered.
