1. The only complaint I will voice was that our 'neighbors' were quite loud and we were able to hear them through the walls.

The corridoors have all recently been renovated and whilst the carpet is a little loud are very nice but the rooms seem very outdated dull and with mismatched furniture, I booked an executive corner room which was supposed to be larger but it appeared to me that the only difference was a huge HUGE bathroom with a lot of wasted space.

5. the heating system uses steam and everytime the system would turn on, you would hear these loud gurgling/bubbling sounds like there was tons of air in the lines.

9. The 2nd night we could hers the TV in the room on the other side of us until 2 in the morning and I don't think they had it on all that loud.
