Paint applied to peeling wall paper, re-plastered walls which have not been smoothed out but painted over, bathrooms that have a yellow/nicotine coloured lamp shade - have I painted a pleasant environment to sleep in? As for the corridors, discarded TVs just blocking the hallways, Fire Exit signs pointing the wrong way or broken, lifts/elevators that are so tatty you do not feel safe in.

4. The lady answering the phone spoke little English and told me we were in the wrong spot and needed to be at a different location which was not near where we were.
