1. When I asked about this issue, it was explained that 'This is Miami, We dont need heaters here, but they are working on our systems.

2. Once we left the room and tried to go back in, we needed to bring the keys back to the front desk to be reset or reprogrammed, the woman in the room next to us had the same issue, yet they treated my husband like he was bothering them each time he had to bring the key back.

3. I left a message for someone on the property (Corporate doesn`t seem to want to get their hands in this issue) to talk about the roach problem.
