4. Paint applied to peeling wall paper, re-plastered walls which have not been smoothed out but painted over, bathrooms that have a yellow/nicotine coloured lamp shade - have I painted a pleasant environment to sleep in? As for the corridors, discarded TVs just blocking the hallways, Fire Exit signs pointing the wrong way or broken, lifts/elevators that are so tatty you do not feel safe in.

5. The toilet did not flush, our tv remote did not work, and our air compressor in our air conditioner was broken so it just blew moist air (not to mention the rust all over the A/C unit).

6. There were dean cockroaches in the room, the air conditioner had broken or missing parts, the toilet didn't always flush, the location was such that there is no choice for restaurant other than the one onsite, which was not very good.
