9. Mattresses sunk had no support @all couldn't sit on bed, headboard fell on one and made loud noise on the other, wallpaper falling off, phone and sound on TV broke, lamp shades 20+burn marks and loose as was electrical outlets, roaches and food in bed, mold around ac caused allergic reaction/asthma, paid safe/vault fee even though it was broke, supervisor @ days inn 800# did not care treated me horrible.
