1. Unlike the girls on the front desk whom treated our lack of phone problem with indiffrence.

5. Our next surprise was from the lift to the room,we spent more than 10 minutes trying to open the door,the next day we asked for a new key and it was changed but with the same problem.

6. A fresh coat of paint and a new flat screen tv placed over top of all the old problems in the structure and furniture is not a renovation.
