1. on arrival, staff made no effort and were extremely rude.

8. Rooms were absoltely filty, cockroaches everywhere, slept on top of covers because of the dirt, rude staff that think that bring their children to work is acceptable.

10. They claim to have a free shuttle service from the port of Miami to the hotel, but after waiting 2 hours for the shuttle to show up and many phone conversations with rude hotel staff, we were forced to take a taxi in order to not waste our whole day.
