4. It was at least my 10nth time there and always have the same feeling: Nothing particularly wrong or bad, but you could expect more of a 4 star Hilton.

5. Check-in was quick and effecient after an initial wait as the lone front desk person dealt with a group that had gotten dropped off at the wrong Hilton.

With this being a day room, we went to the hotel to check in at around 09:45 (we were told that we could check in at 10:00) the reception staff were very rude to us and told us we couldn`t check in till 11:00, what is the point of having a DAY room then? They then changed there minds and said we could check in at 10:30, still being rude and never once apologising for the fact that they had given us the wrong time.
