1. Consulted with the front desk who admitted this was a constant problem (then why not get bigger buses for the am crowds??.

5. It wasnt a problem from the hotel - always left as advertised (every 20 mins i think, maybe 30), but seems like it just doesn't leave the hotel if no one is around at the hotel - it can't skip terminals as they are all on the same road.

8. The only minor problem we had was with the free transfer from the airport - it's advertised as running every 20 minutes, but I believe we ended up waiting around 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive - not sure if this is normal or was just a one-off.
