2. March 29, 2012 - Let me preface this by saying I understand and expect some oddities here and there, but it's grown into a list now, and think hotel management should know that their guests are noticing a lot of issues.

3. I would stay there again if we had an early flight out of Miami :) A couple small issues with housekeeping forgetting to replace coffee in the room but not a big deal, overall good service from the front office staff.

5. The only issue about this hotel for me was getting the free transfer from the airport to the hotel.

6. Fortunately, I had my print-out indicating I was not checking in until the 18th, so they cleared it up quickly and without any issue.

7. The first room that I was given had some very strange and loud electrical noise coming from the neon on top of the building, but after talking to Christian and Kim at the front desk, they wasted no time in checking out the issue and immediately getting me put into a new room.
