1. Just overall disappointed and feel this Hilton didn't live up to what we expect and receive from other Hiltons and Marriotts.

2. Highly disappointed, and received plenty of apologies, but almost 2 hours for water??? We chanced room service later that night for a bottle of wine and dessert, and it only took them 50mins after they said it would be 35mins - an improvement at least.
