Security is absolutely non-existent (hallways open to the fire escapes and the elements and windows are unable to be locked) and coupled with the front desk double booking our room (a key opening our room at 11pm whilst we were fast asleep and a startled middle aged couple standing before us) made this easily the worst hotel experience I have had.
