3. Here are the highlights (or lowlights as it is more appropriately entitled):- Parking is ridiculously difficult; this is not the hotel's fault however, they charge for parking in their lot in which it is nearly impossible to get a spot.

5. The walls are paperthin and there is no AC (making it difficult as opening the windows comes with all the noises/smells of Venice).

7. ) The bathrooms were great, one issue I typically run into is bathing my 4 year old and I have experienced hotel showers that made that difficult however the bathroom and showers in the Cadillac were great.

10. There are tons of very cool older motels that people are buying and fixing up all around Santa Monica, so if you want to avoid the chains, it`s not difficult.
