1. The room I stayed in had red stains on the carpet (not blood, but maybe paint or nail polish), did not have air conditioning, and was facing the loud alley.

3. We arrived around 7 pm and were initially concerned on arrival to our room, as there was very loud music being played nearby, We inquired about the noise and found it was from the shop located at the front ground level of the building.

8. Up the road, there seems to be an amount of homeless people that can get a bit loud at times but they keep out of the way and besides, they are ALL part of Venice as much as the hippy on the rollerblades playing Jimmy Hendrix (badly).
