1. (despite the fact we volunteer and contribute to our local homeless shelter)We go in, the front door is sticky, we go upstairs, the hotel lift barely fits all 4 of us, the hotels stinks of musty old smoke.

2. Rooms are OK apart from the carpet, beware, do not go barefoot because the carpet is laiden with carpet deorderiser to the extreme, stinks & sticky residue.
