1. When we arrived to check in 1 of the 3 front desk girls was extremely rude and got angry when we had too come back down to get keys that actually worked for our door, however the other two girls were very nice.

8. The staff were rude, the continental breakfast that was offered on my booking was refused upojn arrival, and the pool was restricted on the only weekend I was there, booked by a third party I would have had to pay 40 bucks to use a pool that is advertised for use by their customers.

9. staff always seemed quite rude on the front desk, every time you needed help they sort of ignored you, and when i checked in i had to pay $100 deposit and was told they would not accept maestro and to give a credit card.
