1. Returned today and got placed below sixth floor and apparently didnt warrant a fridge, alarm clock, kettle, room guide, ice machine broken on two adjacent floors, no dog quilt on this floor and to top it all have to check in on each day of our two door stay.

7. In addition to the forced hot-air situation, there was exposed wiring in the lighting in the mini-bar area (scary) and a broken lamp on the desk also with exposed wiring.
