1. And if you're a fan of room service like I am, you will be disappointed, NO room service available.

6. Secondly, there was an issue with using the pool area, it was very disappointing on not only one but two of our days out of our 4 day stay there that we could not use the pool area due to it being let out to an external business and a group for a pool party.

7. JDV is pretty reputable and rarely disappoints, but unfortunately Custom Hotel, at the time of my stay, was DEFINITELY not up to JDV standard.
