1. There was no refrigerator in the room or my favorite item a kettle for tea but these were the only downside issues and also no self parking just valet.

2. There were no extra blankets anywhere and I turned on the heat in the middle of the night but it took a long time to heat up the room (downside to the large minimal design I suppose.

4. downside: No parking for my rental car (expensive Valet service only - it would have been cheaper to park the car at the airport).

5. downside: we stayed in 2 different rooms because if you plan on taking a warm/hot shower it sets off the fire alarm in your room and they take 20 minutes to come and turn it off.
