2. one gripe is there was no fridge for keeping drinks cold (went and bought drinks from Ralphs around the corner) and no electric kettle to make a cup of tea (but this is standard in the US where everyone drinks that awful filter coffee *shudder*).

3. Bathrooms seemed a little dated, but not awful, Refrigerator oddly missing leaving a big void in the cabinet where it used to be, and the room climate control was either freezing/sweltering-hard to find happy medium.
