1. The second was a 3 day party organised by playboy for 400 guests and, this meant that the pool and outdoor area were off limits to regular guests - totally unacceptable when travelling as I was with small children.

3. Overall the hotel is excellent but to find out that Internet access was a $10 daily additional cost and that even an in room coffee maker is not provided (unless requested) and when it is requested then the coffee supplies are not replenished daily unless specifically requested is unacceptable.

5. This is unacceptable for a higher caliber hotel like the Hyatt.

6. At the outdoor areas of the lobby bar and the X-bar, it was not uncommon to wait 25 minutes before getting served; this is unacceptable by any standards.
