1. It was only a small cut but since we had a 5 year old running around barefoot we called the Front Desk to complain.

5. We did valet parking, and I see people complaining about prices, but what do u expect? Your in Los angeles, your in a high end area and very close to bevelery hills and rodeo drive.

6. i can wax silly about the tv being a bit small, the carpet needing replacement, the bread and pastry in the regency club being a bit pedestrian, but why complain about a very hi level experience?i would give 4.

9. I really shouldn't complain much since I got the room for 100 bucks on priceline but gouging customers is gouging no matter how much was paid for a room.

10. Well I don't really have to say alot about this place the only complain was that the sign on the Ice machine door was a little hard to read so it took me a while to find it.
