This attitude applies to many other

s at the Hyatt, If you stay during the week, and are not part of a convention, you will find the lobby packed, a ridiculously long wait to check in, and an impossible line at Starbucks.

with a long distance charge on my bill when I was checking out but after I explained to the lady at the front desk that it was a call to my credit card company (with proof of course) she removed the charge.
