But, the bed sheets were worn and had holes, the carpet had some stains, the phone seemed to be malfunctioning, the lights were difficult to turn on/off, the bellman just dropped our bags on the floor and did not pull out the baggage stand and place the bag on it (there was also only 1 stand, and we had 2 bags), in a couple of instances no one answered the car valet service phone (also $35/day for parking - a bit steep), business center was not 24 hour, received a morning newspaper at the door only 1 morning out of 3, and so on.
