1. The bathtub had dings and looked dirty, but were just refinished poorly, so that the previous scratched finish showed through.

4. The bar in the lobby always closes early, with bartenders that are more focussed on the women than the customer service OVERALLagain this is a great hotel for either a hyatt patron, or someone who has come for an event at the haytt, but it could be equated to an older woman who has just gotten a face lift to attract its prey, many things are outdated, or poorly thought out in room layout.
"Great value for a $200 room " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/29/2011 Vote
5. Location was nice, the valet parking was the most poorly organized ever.

9. the light switch was poorly placed in the room so it was hard to enter the dark room, the bathroom was so small you couldn't stand in it with the door open, the a/c did not work, the cable was out in the morning, the motion sensor outside the bathroom kept coming on all night, there was construction going on outside my room at 8:00am on a Saturday morning, the front desk staff did not care about any of this.
