1. For a hotel like this, I was shocked to see black mildew and dirt in the grout, on the tiles and on the shower door tracks.

3. We recently stayed there for the Genesis Awards and were shocked to see the whole hotel taken over by a 'Playboy Golf' conference.

Stayed 5/08/09;5/10/09 Hyatt Century Plaza;Overall Hotel very clean;All staff very friendly;Double bed room we stayed in seemed kinda cramped;Really thought room would be bigger as we were at The Hyatt;View from room was a office building,parking garage,and a 10 story up view of the pool;My biggest shock came on day 2 when my friend from CA arrived and asked "wheres the bottled water";When I told him I had been drinking the water from the faucet;He replied "You dont drink the water down here";Im thinking great Ive been drinking it for 2 days;Had to order bottled water from room service;Not kidding cost was 12$$.
