1. Stay away from these phonies, it seems like a nice place but if one thing goes wrong you'll soon realize that these ppl care about nothing but taking your money.

4. Our stay coincided with UCLA graduation weekend, the property was booked solid, and lots of little things went wrong:- For starters, the room key didn't work when we got to our room, so we had to wait for staff to come up and rescue us, the get new keys from the front desk.

7. Was there something on my face? Did I have something hanging out of my nose?Actually, I should have known something was wrong when I called ahead to make sure that there's a room for me when I got in at midnight, and they were already less than courteous on the phone.
