1. And the manager doesn't even take the time to contact me, no apology, no refund on parking??We have stayed in Kimpton properties in the past (on a pretty regular basis) and after this one ignoring me I won't be again.

2. The hotel still charged us for valet (I am out $700 on this already right?) and then ignored my request to have the valet company and/or hotel manager contact me (neither bothered).

3. We didn't feel quite as warmly welcomed as at other Kimptons - the valets and doormen sort of ignored us going in and out, no offer of help, so that was odd.
"Even the room by the elevator was nice! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/7/2012 Vote
4. Shame that the experience could have been great but ended up being average, and the general manager (who is quite active on here and seems to welcome guest feedback) ignored my efforts to discuss my experience with him.

5. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in LA on business and this was the first time I ever felt treated like a second class citizen - I was ignored at check in, room service was awful - service, food quality and was never once greeted by any of the staff during my entire stay.

6. Being ignored is never an acceptable option for me.

7. The fact that the incident is over now does not change the fact that we were ignored in circumstances that called for your attention - it remains unacceptable.

8. Instead, you opted to wait until we arrived (surely earlier than most guests) on New Year's Eve, and then left us with a ridiculous 'take it or leave it' option, which included ignoring our calls.

9. Instead, we were ignored and left to our own devices in the grossly inconvenient circumstances of finding ourselves travelling with children on New Year's Eve with nowhere to stay and trying to fix the problem while operating out of our car.
