1. Pricy and ok, but it was downstairs so I can't complain too much.

4. My one complain would be the restaurant; it would have been nice if it had been possible to get more casual meals there, and if lunch (as opposed to an all day breakfast-like brunch) were served weekends.

7. To the reviewers who complained about the service - maybe you were rude and did not get the best service possible as we did, especially the lovely smiley valet parking attendants - they were so friendly and helpful and very sweet with our children.

10. the room is nice on the 15th floor, tons of dust(I a not usually a complainer) but the dust so obvious to ignore.
