The hotel website boasts that they will match any offer from an agent, but when I called the hotel I was put through then to a central bookings number for the chain who were quite rude and said no way would they match the offer, and I could have a 'take it or leave it' rate which was much higher.

4. When you have a Bowl weekend and a hotel full of fans you should not have a negative/rude employee working if you want to keep customers happy.
