1. It would have been nice if it was never charged, but I'm glad to know the staff here is quick to respond and solve a problem.

7. I also recieved half full amenities in my bathroom (clearly they didnt feel the need to replace what the prior guest used) Overall I was not satisfied with my stay and when I expressed my disdain for the problems they comp'd 10 dollars off my room service.

8. My main problem with the hotel was the lack of a shuttle although the website clearly says that there is a shuttle that can take guests to a destination located within three miles of the hotel.

9. We were able to sleep two adults and two children (ages 8 and 5) without a problem.
