9. From what I could see (and I could be wrong) there was only one door separating the guest rooms from the reception area (which anyone can walk into).

10. We would recommend not booking tours with LA city tours as we were picked up for the wrong tour, then the following day we were not picked up for our original tour as planned, We then received verbal abuse from the manager of the tour company.
