1. This was a little uncomfortable for 2 adults, however the staff provided us with an extra roll-out bed for no extra charge.

2. Better windows in the bedrooms would go a long way toward reducing the significant and unending traffic noise (or earplugs apron arrival) We changed rooms after a very uncomfortable first night to one that was more upgraded, but still with a stained sofa, scuffed furniture etc.

3. We arrived early in the morning after a long and uncomfortable flight from Melbourne.

4. (There have been previous postings on this issue - why not resolve it?) The point is simple - freebies and service is great, enjoy it if you want to, but this is not a top grade hotel, and is very uncomfortable for a stay.
"Disappointing frtf " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/12/2011 Vote
5. The paint was peeling off the walls, the bathroom floor was not level, there was rust on the metal parts, large blobs of caulking sealed the bathroom floor and tile, the bed was very uncomfortable, the curtains did not seal out the light from the outside hall light so our room was lit up all night, and the partition to the adjoining room did not seal out the Spanish polka that started at 9:00 from the cleaning lady (I assume).
"Do not stay in Room 212 " Read full review on Expedia   2/8/2009 Vote
6. The only drawback was the uncomfortable sleeper sofas-we actually pulled off the mattress & placed it direclty on the floor to avoid the 'bar'.
"Fantastic Service! Excellent value & location. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/19/2007 Vote
7. But an incredibly uncomfortable and droopy sofa bed that was cruel and unusual punishment for our teenage sons.

8. Two separate bedrooms and an uncomfortable fold out couch in the living room (there were 3 of us), as well as a nice kitchen.
"Definitely not a five star hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/25/2005 Vote
