1. No elevator but the stairs aren't difficult.

2. The only bad thing I can think of is that it is so nice to be there, so you never want to leave and therefore it becomes difficult to experience LA (which is such a great city).

8. Lastly, but this just for those who have kids, there is no elevator and multiple ramps of stairs to go up and down, it can become difficult with luggage and small babies.
