1. The only locational drawback is that it is on a busy street and while we were not facing the street we were 1 room back on the side and road noise can be bothersome.

8. If noise is a problem for you, then I recommend that you make a note of this when you book your room In our case, and after the first night, we kindly requested to be moved to a different part of the Hotel, and The staff was very helpful, and straight away they got us a new suite in a quiet part of the hotel, and they even asked if they could help us by moving our luggage for us.

9. Our first suite was located next to Franklin Ave, where the street noise is loud in the early mornings, and as far as I can tell there are five rooms at Franklin Ave, with street noise problems.

10. Better windows in the bedrooms would go a long way toward reducing the significant and unending traffic noise (or earplugs apron arrival) We changed rooms after a very uncomfortable first night to one that was more upgraded, but still with a stained sofa, scuffed furniture etc.
