1. My only complaint was the air conditioning unit was next to it and was v loud and also smoke from the smoking area below would drift up to us so didn't make as much use of it as I otherwise would have done.

3. Our first suite was located next to Franklin Ave, where the street noise is loud in the early mornings, and as far as I can tell there are five rooms at Franklin Ave, with street noise problems.

4. The building across the way out back decided to run a loud carpet steam cleaner hose out their back door at 8 in the morning, but that was not something the Magic Castle had any control over.

5. We had a huge 2 bedroom suite facing the inner courtyard-so we didn't have an issue with street noise, but as previously mentioned the window a/c units are extremely loud.

6. loved the staff, the free bars drinks etc, one bedroom suite was huge very clean and renovated room was 218 but the air con was terrible loud and road noise was bad from this room so be carefull pool was lovely and its very easy to get around using this hotel as a base.
