1. The hotel is not new by a long shot, however, the maintenance staff were prompt and efficient when we complained about the sofa bed our kids slept on.

4. I sat stunned, and I never complain as a rule but i was really ##** off at this point, and so I rang reception and said to Marcus, this room was not up to my expectations of this hotel and could I be moved back to my original booking at the previous hotel.

5. Very large studio which was however, in need of makeover - very tired decor and pullout bed in lounge could also do with replacing as daughters complained that springs poking through.

9. I never complained about this to management because moving rooms was not an option for me ( I hate doing that more then anything) and I read that was a problem so I suspected all the rooms were like that.
