1. The only service issue we had durign the stay was having one of the maid just walk into our room.

2. The only issue we had was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3 nights in a row, not a very pleasant wake up.

3. The room had a few maintenance issues; however the view was awesome, very comfortable, quiet and we loved the convenience of the mini "kitchen" area with sink and refrigerator.

5. Before we could mention the issue, not only did the Hotel Manager Cindi approach us and wanted to know the details but also the bell captain caught on to the problem and the issue was resolved immediately and thoroughly.

10. I made the issue known to the staff, and an HVAC engineer spent about 20 minutes looking things over, but nothing had changed when we came back 2 days later - still no air (the room was 81 degrees F in the morning), and NO WATER.
