1. From the loud construction taking place right by the hotel that wakes you up every morning (no way to spend a vacation) to the inconsist service at the pool.

2. The door to the balcony was very solid and blocked out any noise from the construction across the street (they worked only in the day hours and we were gone most of the time anyway).

3. The Internet wasn't working properly in our meeting room and the bathrooms for the meeting room had three stalls: one under construction and another that didn't lock, leaving only the handicapped stall perfectly maintained.

7. Our only real complaint is that they neglected to tell us that parts of the hotel were still under construction, thus there was the racket of that going on during the days.

8. We booked at The Reach (an Ocean View Boutique Suite - not cheap btw) and found upon arrival that our room was not an 'Ocean View Boutique Suite', but a room overlooking the construction site which was opposite to the hotel.
