1. The pool was theoretically heated but the heaters weren't turned on until requested and then it took a couple of days to even begin to heat the pool, which also was full of bugs.

3. The room we stayed in had bugs, broken lamps, electrical outlets that didn`t work, a hairdryer that didn`t work, fixtures falling off the walls and my all time favorite memory, is the rat on our balcony.

5. Couple minor drawbacks, little fly/bugs were in the kitchenette area, and the paint on the outside of the hotel in a couple areas was chipping-not a big deal.
